The Bucintoro Menu take its name from the Doge’s ceremonial boat.
Created by Marino and Lele during their years at the Ristoteca Oniga in Campo San Barnaba, this dish is truly unique.
Fresh local seafood – clams, mussels, prawns, scallops and the catch of the day – is the undisputed protagonist of a dish that was a huge success with the clientele of Ristoteca Oniga. At Venetika, you can enjoy it in its original version.
