6-Hour Tour
We set off from Venice, from the Rio di Madonna dell’Orto, passing the island of San Michele, the city’s historic cemetery, and Murano, famous for its glassworks. First stop: San Francesco del Deserto, a true jewel of the lagoon, where you can take a tour of the convent.
We then proceed to the island of Sant’Erasmo and its sandbanks and take you to see the MOSE flood barrier, built to protect Venice from acque alte.
We then go through the channel separating two small but verdant islands beloved by Venetians: Certosa and Vignole. After passing Sant’Elena, one of the few, large green spaces in Venice, we will take you to Saint Mark’s Basin, passing behind the island of San Giorgio (now the headquarters of the Cini Foundation), before finding ourselves directly right in front of Saint Mark’s Square. The view of the Square from the water is truly spectacular!
After a short stop, passing through the Arsenale, we will take you back to the starting point.
All our tours are customisable, in terms of time, itineraries and stops.
Natural and sparkling water will be available on board. Let us know in advance if you have any requests such as picnic baskets, snacks, wine, beer, and soft drinks.
